In this Winter Banger we used Beef & Beer sausages to make subs! This sweet, juicy Mac's Interstate IPA matches with the salty beef & is sure to be a hit on game night.
For 4 subs, you will need:
- 4 x beef & beer sausages
- 4 x sub rolls
- 1 cup fried onions
- 4 lettuce leaves
To make:
- Cook the sausages in a barbeque or in an oven until cooked through
- Warm the sub rolls in the oven for five minutes
- Fill with lettuce, fried onion and a quairt of tomato sauce
