You've probably tried Jack Daniel's, but have you tried a Tropical Captain Jack?

You will need: 

• 1 tsp simple syrup
• 60ml Jack Daniel's Old No. 7
• juice of 2 limes,
• 2 dashes of bitters
• 2 tbsp coconut cream + ice

To make:

• In a shaker, combine all of the ingredients
• Shake to chill
• Strain into an ice-filled glass
• Garnish with a slice of lime and mint or a grating of lime zest

You could try using Jack Daniel's Tennessee Fire or Honey for extra flavour.
