Ingredients

  • 60ml Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • 2 dashes Absinthe
  • 2 dashes Curaҫao
  • 1 dash Caraschino liqueur
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • Orange peel
  • 1 olive for garnish

To make:

  1. Mix Jameson with 2 dashes of Absinthe, 2 dashes of curaҫao, 1 dash of Maraschino liqueur and 1 dash of Angostura Bitters
  2. Stir mixture over ice
  3. Strain into a chilled sherry glass
  4. Flame a piece of orange peel and squeeze the zest over the cocktail
  5. Garnish with an olive
