Grapefruit & Rosemary
Instead of OJ, add 3 tablespoons of grapefruit juice and a dash of sugar syrup to the bottom of the flute. Top with your favorite fizz and garnish with a rosemary sprig and a grapefruit wedge.
Pink Lemonade
Sub out the OJ for Pink Lemonade & garnish with raspberries & lemon peel.
Apple Cider
Dip the rim of the glass in water then in a sugar/cinnamon mix. Swap out the OJ for apple cider. Garnish with a slice of apple and voila!
Peach
Use half peach juice or syrup and a half orange juice for a sweet and subtle twist. Garnish with a slice of peach.
Raspberry
This one takes a little prep but it’s worth it! Heat fresh or frozen raspberries in a small saucepan with sugar until they’ve broken down and the sugar has dissolved. Sift through a sieve or puree and allow to cool. Add a tablespoon or two to a champagne flute, top with bubbles, and garnish with raspberries or mint.
